We take pride in offering a collection designed to feel as special as the memories you’re creating.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re always happy to help.
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, non-customized items within 7 days of receiving your order—for store credit.

No questions asked. No stress.

Many of our pieces include the option to personalize or customize, making them one-of-a-kind keepsakes. Because these items are created especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns on any customized or personalized orders.

Of course, if we ever make a mistake (it happens—we’re human!), we will always make it right. Promise.


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at hello@haydenandgrant.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a quick note about the item you’d like to return.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you simple steps to return your item for store credit.
