Because many of our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only, within 7 days of delivery.
At Hayden + Grant Co., every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and attention to detail.

We gladly accept eligible returns on unworn, unwashed, non-customized items within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
Store Credit Returns
To be eligible for store credit, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Non-customized and non-personalized
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued for the eligible item value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customized & Personalized Items
Many of our pieces include the option to personalize or customize, making them one-of-a-kind keepsakes.
Because these items are created especially for you, customized and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If We Made a Mistake
If we ever send the wrong item, make an error with your order, or there is an issue on our end, we will always make it right.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@haydenandgrant.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to return
- A quick note about the reason for the return
