Where are your items made?

Every Hayden & Grant piece is handcrafted to order right here in Rhode Island.
We use only premium and organic textiles, printed with non-toxic inks—because we believe what you wear should feel as good as the memories you’re making.


How long have you been in business?

Hayden & Grant Co. began in 2015 as a small, handcrafted clothing brand on Etsy.
What started with one seamstress has grown into a dedicated studio and site where we now work alongside a talented team of seamstresses, designers, and production partners.
Our mission has always been the same: to create heirloom-quality vacation wear and offer exceptional, personal customer service—every step of the journey.


How long will it take to make my order?

All of our pieces are handmade to order, and production time typically ranges from 3–14 business days, depending on the season and current demand.

Do you offer discounts?

We rarely offer discounts outside of special sample sales or celebration events, and we promise to always make these moments feel worth the wait.


Do you accept returns?

We hope you’ll love your Hayden & Grant pieces as much as we loved making them.
But if something isn’t quite right, we’re always here to help.

  • Personalized items: Because these are made just for you, they are non-refundable.

  • Non-personalized items: We're happy to accept returns for store credit on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I swap sizes?

Absolutely—on non-customized items only.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll help arrange return shipping and send the correct size.


Do you take custom orders?

While we don’t create fully custom designs, we’re always open to small modifications of our existing pieces.
